Their work spans a broad spectrum of the ceramic field ranging from traditional classic saltglazed vessels from coal-fired kilns built in the 17th century, over work strongly influenced by the asian cultures and ceramic tradition fired in Japanese tunnel-kilns (anagama-kilns\/technique) to sculptural and non-figurative work fired utilizing more unconventional methods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traditional &amp;
